Recently,the college has been approved to establish a Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base, according to the announcement of Qingdao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, marking another significant breakthrough in the construction of high-level talent carriers.
Postdoctoral researchers are an important talent reserve for promoting the high-quality development of universities.By establishing a Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base,the college has provided an important platform for the introduction and utilization of high-level innovative and young scientific talents.
The Base will focus on scientific exploration and technological development in the fields of health care and healthy food research and processing,accelerate the transfer and transformation of research results,fully leverage its talent advantages to promote integration of industry and education,and better serve the national major development strategies and local economic and social development.
