The 15th President's Cup English Drama Contest concluded successfully on April 10. Chang'e Flying to the Moon by the school of Business Administration and Empresses in the Palace by the school of Hospitality Management claimed the first prize. Xu Yishi won the Best Oral Presentation Award, while Mou Siyi received the Best Performance Award.The School of Business Administration was also honored with the Best Organization Award.
Co-organized by the Academic Affairs Office and the Basic Education Department, the competition featured a rigorous selection process spanning one month. From meticulous preparations in the preliminary rounds to fierce competition in the semifinals, all participating teams demonstrated solid professional skills and exceptional teamwork spirit. Ultimately, ten outstanding teams advanced to the finals. During the final showdown, each team delivered remarkable performances, earning thunderous applause from the audience.
The event ignited students' motivation and enthusiasm for learning English, inspiring them to persistently pursue knowledge on their academic journeys.
