The Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality Group visited the college for an inspection tour on March 26. Both sides hoped to deepen cooperation in areas including joint faculty development, internship training, etc.
Vice president Gong Enlong extended a warm welcome to the delegation, detailing the college's educational history, program features, talent cultivation achievements, and sharing key projects like industry-education integration, school-enterprise collaboration, and intern development. He emphasized the college's commitment to establishing long-term strategic partnerships with major hotel brands, aiming to collaboratively create exemplary models of industry-education integration through substantive cooperation in multiple domains.
Zhao Jianxin, Human Resources Director and Party Branch Secretary of Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality Group, acknowledged the college's distinguished reputation as China's first independent hospitality management vocational institution, noting that its graduates have become mainstays in major hotel groups. He proposed expanding cooperation across broader fields and deeper levels to cultivate more talents for the hospitality industry.
The School of Hotel Management has continuously strengthened ties with leading hotel groups, achieving fruitful school-enterprise collaboration in internship placement, ideological education, shared training base development, and curriculum enhancement.
The college has established stable partnerships with internationally renowned brands including Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Shangri-La, Mandarin Oriental, and Rosewood, significantly contributing to improving talent cultivation quality and enhancing social influence.
