President Jiang Yupeng led a team to Kashi Vocational and Technical College for support activities from March 19th to 21st.
During the discussion meeting, Jiang Yupeng expressed that the college places great importance on this support work. On the basis of previously signed agreements and dispatched teachers, additional project leaders from advantageous majors will be sent to Kashgar Vocical and Technical College to provide comprehensive support and assistance for the development of its School of Culture and Tourism.
President Nabijiang Yasheng extended a warm welcome to Jiang Yupeng and his team, briefly introducing the basic situation of their School of Culture and Tourism. He pointed out that the cultural tourism industry has become the ninth major industrial cluster in Xinjiang, with a significant demand for talent. He hopes to leverage the college's educational experience and resource advantages to enhance the quality of tourism-related programs, contributing to the growth of high-skilled talents for the cultural tourism industry in Xinjiang, particularly in Kashgar.
During the event, Jiang Yupeng and his team learned about the campus construction and development plans of Kashgar Vocational and Technical College, inspected the construction of internal training bases and specific situations concerning talent cultivation within trade and tourism majors, surveyed external practice bases and internship employment bases for tourism majors, and held discussions on support work with divisional relevant leaders and heads, making detailed arrangements for future support matters.
The college will implement the support agreement, increase the dispatch of personnel, and focus on supporting the improvement of talent cultivation quality through laboratory construction, skills competitions, and culture construction.
