The first phase of the college's Oceantech Valley Campus project officially broke ground on March 5. The college's Oceantech Valley Campus is a major project of the province in 2025, causing the attention of leaders at all levels and the general public. The Oceantech Valley Campus covers a total planning area of 837 acres, construction area of 368,000 square meters, according to the “overall planning, phased implementation” principle of phased construction. Among them, the first phase of the construction project land area of 470 acres, construction area of 135,000 square meters, is expected to be completed in September 2026 and put into use.
