The college held the spring semester staff meeting to arrange and deploy tasks for the year 2025 on February 14th. Members of the college leadership attended the meeting, while all faculty and staff participated both online and offline simultaneously.
Li Da, the Party Secretary of the college, delivered a speech in which he reviewed the achievements made during the first phase of the Double High-level Program construction, urging to sort out accomplishments and experiences, analyze problems and their causes, and conduct summary reflections. He provided deployment and guidance on the selection and application process according to the new standards and requirements of the second phase of the Double High-level Program construction, emphasizing the need to focus on service orientation, strengthen enterprise research, carry out digital and intelligent transformation, integrate digital technology and artificial intelligence into the curriculum system and classroom teaching, and effectively deepen curriculum reform.
President Jiang Yupeng deployed the work of the current year. He indicated that 2025 is a pivotal year for the commencement of the newDouble High-level Program construction and the completion of the first phase of the Oceantech Valley campus. His work deployment covered six aspects: fully implementing the project of the second phase of the Double High-level Program, focusing on the construction of Five Golds new infrastructure projects, solidly carrying out talent cultivation empowerment projects to strengthen the college, deeply implementing quality improvement and efficiency enhancement projects for comprehensive management, efficiently implementing capacity expansion projects for social services, and comprehensively implementing integration and high-level foundation strengthening projects.
Han Xiqing, Deputy Party Secretary, who chaired the meeting, required everyone to get down to business, collectively striving to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of the college.
All the faculty and staff expressed that they would earnestly study the spirit of the new semester staff meeting and contribute to the college's development and talent cultivation.
