The college held the unveiling ceremony for Shandong Culinary Craftsmen Institute (SCCI)on January 10. Li Da and Ni Daoyu, member of the Standing Committee of Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, jointly unveiled the plaque for Shandong Culinary Craftsmen Institute and visited the culinary training building.
Li Da welcomed the arrival of Ni Daoyu and his entourage and introduced the school's development history, educational characteristics, faculty construction, and social service efforts.
Li Da stated that the school would actively leverage the exemplary and leading role of craftsman talents, gather faculty resources from its advantageous majors, develop a systematic training curriculum system and vocational skills upgrading training, cultivate more high-quality culinary craftsman talents, and contribute to serving local economic and social development.
Ni Daoyu fully affirmed the school's educational strength and achievements, expressing his hope that the school would leverage its professional advantages, promote the craftsmanship spirit, delve deeply into practical explorations in areas such as craftsman talent cultivation, SCCI construction, and craftsmanship spirit inheritance, and establish an important platform for the high-quality development of culinary craftsman talents.
The college will deepen the integration of industry and education, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, establish and improve a school-enterprise matching mechanism, and explore the establishment of a socialized and market-oriented operational model for skills training at the SCCI.
