The 2024 Ctrip Cup National Travel Tailor Competition organised by Ctrip Travel Group and Shanghai Tourism College of Higher Education was concluded in Shanghai recently, and Gao Yuxin and Bian Xiaoyu of the School of Culture and Tourism won the second prize of the national finals, and Yang Ange was awarded as the excellent instructor.
The Ctrip Cup National Travel Tailor Competition is a nationally renowned professional event, which has been held for seven times so far, aiming at conforming to the development trend of the customised travel field and providing a stage for students majoring in tourism to show their professional skills.
The whole process of the competition is conducted by Ctrip business experts in accordance with industry standards for selection, guidance and evaluation, attracting more than 400 teams from colleges and universities across the country to participate in the competition.
After the fierce selection in the preliminary and final rounds, our students stood out in the national final with their work “Guangzhou & Jieyang” Six-day In-depth Cultural Journey ro explore roots of Lingnan and family sentiment, which was awarded the prize in the national finals.
The award fully demonstrates the college's teaching achievements in cultivating innovative talents in new tourism industry. the School of Culture and Tourism will continue to deepen the integration of industry and education to improve quality and cultivate more tourism management talents with international vision and professionalism.
