The college participates in the activities related to the China Fisheries and Seafood Expo

The teachers and students of the university participated in related activities and carried out volunteer services the 27th China Fisheries and Seafood Expo held in Qingda recently, which was hosted by the Agricultural Trade Promotion Centre of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. And the Canadian Seafood Summit Forum was held during the same period of the Expo.

During the Expo, teachers and students from the School of Culinary Arts participated in the Canadian Seafood Summit Forum and promoted Canadian seafood cooking with the Canadian Ambassador to China, Ms. Mei Qianlin. We made a series of dishes combining Canadian seafood raw materials at the booth of the Government of British Columbia, which demonstrated the achievements of our western culinary technology professional schooling and the level of students' skills.

The ‘Golden Dolphin’ volunteer team of the School of Hospitality Management sent more than 80 volunteers to complete the volunteer service work in their respective positions successfully.

In recent years, the college adheres to the principle of mutual learning and mutual appreciation, win-win co-operation, extends the breadth and depth of international exchanges, and actively demonstrates the achievements of school running.

The college will continue to strengthen the two-way cultivation of professional teachers, enhancement of teachers‘ and students’ skills, and the construction of volunteer teams, so as to effectively promote the high-quality development of the college.
