The college holds a seminar on the construction of specialty group of catering on October 11th, and some experts are invited, such as Mr. Yang Qingli, Vice President of Qingdao Agricultural University, Mr. Yang Yan, President of Qingdao Hotel and Culinary Association, and Mr. Mao Chongfa, Chairman of Qingdao Handao Food Co.
President Zhang Zongguo introduced the characteristics of the school's catering major and the logic of the specialty group. Based on the actual development of the school, we can effectively enhance the specialty construction and industry development to match, and better serve the regional economic development. He hoped that the experts could provide valuable advice for the optimization and improvement of the construction of the specialty group.
Liu Junxin, vice president of the School of Culinary Arts, introduced the program of catering specialty group. The participating experts discussed the feasibility, innovation and cooperation mode of the professional group formation plan in detail and put forward constructive comments and suggestions.
Based on the long-term development goals, we’ll rationalize the logic of specialty groups, optimize and improve the program, accurately position the target specifications of talent training, actively docking industry and industrial development needs, which will serve the regional economic and social development.
