The college held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with Qingdao Tourism Association and 13 leading cultural&tourism enterprises on 12 June at the conference room of the Administration Building.
President Jiang Yupeng said in his speech that Qingdao Tourism Association plays the role of industry association and actively builds a platform for school-enterprise docking, which helps to promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, ensures that the content of education is synchronised with the development of the industry, and jointly promotes the cultivation of high-quality technical talents with skills.
Xin Huarong, president of Qingdao Tourism Association, highly praised the school for cultivating and conveying a large number of high-quality talents for culture and tourism industry of Qingdao. He said that this signing activity can transform all aspects of Qingdao Tourism Association's resource advantages into an innovative impetus for school-enterprise cooperation, and actively empower the Association's members to improve quality and efficiency.
At the signing ceremony, Jiang Yupeng and Xin Huarong signed the strategic cooperation agreement between the college and Qingdao Tourism Association, and Jiang Yupeng and Wang Jianguong unveiled the plaque for Qingdao Culture and Tourism High-quality Skilled Talent Cultivation Alliance.
Zhang Zongguo signed the strategic cooperation agreement with 13 Qingdao leading cultural&tourism enterprises, including Qingdao Yinhai Tourism Group, Qingdao Tourism Group and Qingdao Laoshan Tourism Group.
After the meeting, the experts visited Qingdao Tourism Big Data Centre, Hismile Digital Hotel, Culinary Training Centre and other on-campus training bases.
The signing of this strategic cooperation activity demonstrated that the college insists on taking root in Qingdao, serving Qingdao and developing Qingdao, and carries out all-round and deep-level cooperation with the industry's leading enterprises in the areas of professional cognition, career start-up education, internship training, etc., so as to contribute to the high-quality development of Qingdao's regional culture and tourism industry.
