The graduation ceremony for the graduates of Class 2023 was held in the Academic Lecture Hall on June 25. The graduation ceremony was conducted in the form of main venue+sub venue synchronous live streaming+cloud live streaming, with over 5000 graduates participating.
Li Da, Secretary of the Party committee of the school, delivered a graduation speech titled With Dreams and Brave Perseverance, Running Vigorously on the Track of Youth, expressing warm congratulations on behalf of the entire school staff to the graduates who have successfully completed their studies.
Li Da hopes that graduates will remember the school motto of diligence, sincerity, smartness, and elegance, promote the school spirit of love, strength, and responsibility, always maintain a confident, happy, and sincere smile, as they embark on their future journey.
President Jiang Yupeng awarded the graduation certificates to representatives from eight secondary colleges and shook hands with the students to congratulate them. In the year 2023, there were a total of 5186 graduates, with 128 joining the Communist Party of China, 311 receiving provincial-level outstanding graduate honors, 348 being awarded national motivational scholarships, and 1,110 students being admitted to undergraduate institutions such as Jinan University and Linyi University.
A speech was delivered by the graduate representative, Chen Jiayi, who pledged to uphold the school motto of diligence, truth, creativity, and elegance, and strive towards personal dreams while responding to the calls of the times, accompanying the nation, and achieving a better self.
Li Yao, the teacher representative, conveyed the message to the graduating students to listen to and follow the Party, become staunch Marxists, loyal defenders of the Party, and exemplary young individuals of the new era who have ideals, are willing to take on responsibilities, endure hardships, and strive hard.
The graduation ceremony was conducted in the main venue + sub-venues synchronous live streaming + cloud live streaming format. The ceremony also featured the screening of a graduation season microfilm titled This Summer - To Our Generation.
