The final of the Peninsular Dexin Cup - the Most Beautiful Tea Artist Skills Competition was held in Qingdao West Coast Area on October 22, and Liu Xuerong won the championship.
The finals were co sponsored by the Peninsula Metropolis News Agency and Shandong Volkswagen Dexin Culture Development Co., Ltd. The jury was composed of professional teachers from various universities in the Qingdao city who had the qualification of technician above the national level II.
After the preliminary and final rounds, 10 contestants were selected to reach the final. In the final, there are two links, namely, tea art exhibition and knowledge quiz, which focus on assessing the comprehensive ability and professional quality of the contestants and show the spirit of tea artists in the new era.
Among them, the tea art exhibition was created by the contestants themselves, and the beauty of the tea art performance was interpreted through tea seat design, tea art brewing, talent performance and other forms. In the knowledge quiz session, the contestants will select topics to elaborate, showing the beauty of tea culture.
Liu Xue was selected by the Tea Art and Culture Studio of the School of Hotel Management. In the early stage, the studio actively organized preparations for the competition under the guidance of innovative thinking and craftsmanship spirit through training guidance, link simulation, pressure testing and other measures.
This award fully demonstrates the achievements of the Craftsman cultivation project of the School of Hotel Management.
