In order to help graduates obtain more full and high-quality employment, the School of Arts and the School of Hotel Engineering held online recruitment fair for graduates of class 2022 and enterprises recently.
Jiang Lingling, vice president of the college and chairman of the Labor Union, attended the on-site activities, emphasized the progress of graduate employment, and urged the students to adjust themselves and find the dream jobs as soon as possible. She hoped that the college and enterprises would strengthen cooperation, promote the connection between supply and demand, and achieve win-win cooperation.
The online recruitment fair of the School of Arts has attracted more than 50 enterprises that had online communication with students. The posts cover four majors: Environmental Art Design, Advertising Art Design, Digital Media Art Design and Arts and Crafts Design, enabling students to have a deeper understanding of career planning and employment choices.
More than 70 business leaders including Qingdao Vanke Property Service Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Adelson IOT Technology Co., Ltd. attended the online recruitment fair of the School of Hotel Engineering. In combination with the feedback on employment and recruitment needs, the representatives of the participating enterprises exchanged views on strengthening cooperation, matching supply and demand, etc.
