The College held the opening ceremony of Pastry Skill Inheritance and Innovation Workshop on the afternoon of November 10. Li Da and Jiang Yupeng jointly unveiled the workshop and the college specially hired three chief chef of bakery of five-star hotels as workshop consultants.
Li Da delivered a speech and announced the opening of the Pastry Skill Inheritance and Innovation Workshop. He pointed out that the use of workshop is of great significance to improve the talent training quality and social service level of the college. About the development of the Workshop in the future, he requested that we should make it serve daily teaching and training, innovate the operation mode and try to create a network red punch in place for the college. All chef teachers should do a good job in skill inheritance and deliver more high-level talents to the catering industry.
At the ceremony, the college specially hired three chief chef of bakery of five-star hotels as workshop consultants, including Wang Rong, chief chef of bakery of Hyatt Regency Qingdao, Ma Weitao, chief chef of Sheraton Qingdao Licang Hotel, and Sun Xingyan, chief chef of bakery of Qingdao Haier Intercontinental Hotel, and Song Chao issued letters of appointment for the three consultants.
Jiang Lingling awarded the letter of appointment of Master Craftsman of Pastry Skill Inheritance and Innovation Workshop to Zhang Guifeng and other five teachers. Wang Zhixing and Li Wenwu awarded 13 students the certificate of Workshop Craftsman Reserve Talent.
After the ceremony, college leaders and guests visited the workshop demonstration hall, Master Studio and simulation restaurant.
After the Pastry Skill Inheritance and Innovation Workshop is officially opened, it will strive to become a pilot base for classroom revolution and teaching evaluation reform, serve the college's professional teaching, school enterprise cooperation, skill service, cultural exchange and other modules, and help the college's Double High-level Program construction and high-quality development.
