The 2nd Shandong Chefs' Labor Skill Competition was held in Zaozhuang City on October 22. Li Jun and Shen Yajun won the first prize of hot dish making, and Ding Delong won the first prize of food carving. They were also awarded the honorary title of Qilu Culinary Craftsman Jinding award.
The competition was jointly organized by Shandong Federation of Trade Unions, Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and Shandong Hotel Association. It aims to build a platform for culinary workers to display their skills and create a glorious social style of labor and the spirit of craftsmanship. 138 players from the whole province participated in the competition.
This award is an important achievement of the Craftsman Skill Master project in the construction and teacher training of the Double High-level Program of the college.
