The second round of the 2021 Qingdao Tour Guide Competition themed “Great passion • Success in Qingdao ”officially opened in our college on the morning of October 18.
President Jiang Yupeng delivered a speech at the opening ceremony and he pointed out that the college attaches great importance to skill training, takes the vocational skill competition as an important starting point to promote teaching work, and has achieved fruitful results; The college will create a strict and pleasant communication environment for the competition through high-level service.
Xu Hongwei, deputy inspector of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, said in his speech that the tour guide has become a beautiful business card of Qingdao. He hopes that the contestants will deeply explore the regional cultural characteristics of Qingdao, tell the story of Qingdao, publicize the open, modern, dynamic and fashionable city image of Qingdao.
The competition was jointly organized by the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the Municipal Civilization Office, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Youth League Committee and the Municipal Women's Federation, and undertaken by our college.
The competition is divided into three stages: preliminary, semi-final and final. The comprehensive professional quality and professional skills of tour guides are fully tested through personal display, explanation of optional scenic spots, creation and explanation of tour guide speeches, Knowledge Q & A and adaptability.
Through the preliminary selection and recommendation of various districts and cities, nearly 100 excellent tour guides and commentators from travel agencies, scenic spots and museums will compete on the same stage in this semi-finals. Finally, 16 excellent players will enter the finals.
