The 2021 Shandong Cuisine Innovation Competition into the campus

The 2021 Shandong Cuisine Innovation Competition of New era • New Shandong cuisine into the campus was launched on the morning of October 8, and the Startup Ceremony of the entries was held at the same time.

The 2021 Shandong Cuisine Innovation Competition is guided by the Publicity Department of the Provincial Party committee and hosted by Shandong terminus of CCTV, Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and Shandong Tourist Hotels Association.

As a stop of this activity, the college will give full play to the comprehensive advantages of the School of Culinary Arts, such as its long history of running a school, the gathering of masters and first-class training conditions. We'll actively mobilize teachers and students to actively participate, inherit Shandong Cuisine skills, promote cuisine innovation, and contribute to enhancing cultural confidence and promoting the construction of cultural Shandong.

According to the activity arrangement, the Party Committee's Publicity and United Front Work Department and the School of Culinary Arts jointly launched the shooting of dishes, and strengthened the guidance of dish production, shooting and post packaging, so as to achieve good results.
