Master Hei Weiyu gives a lecture on "Confucius Cuisine Culture" at QVTCHM

Master Hei Weiyu, a visiting professor of the college and Taishan Industry Leading Talent, came to the college to give a lecture on Confucius Cuisine Culture on July 6.

Starting from the origin of the development of Confucian cuisine, Hei Weiyu introduced the development process of Confucius cuisine, focusing on the innovative development and commercial operation mode of Confucius cuisine at present. During the discussion session, Hei Weiyu exchanged with the teachers and students on the spot based on the lecture, and gave detailed answers to the students' concerns about professional learning and career planning.

Hei Weiyu employed as a visiting professor of our college in 2020 is currently the deputy general manager of Jinan Shungeng Villa Group. He is the only master of catering industry who has won the honor of Taishan Industry Leading Talent in our province.

This lecture is one of the series activities of Master Craftsmen on Campus in the School of Culinary Arts. In the follow-up, more than 20 masters will be invited to teach in the school to promote the high-quality development of our majors.
