The provincial centralized recruitment activity of just choose Shandong and the college's comprehensive job fair for 2021 graduates were held in the stadium on the afternoon of May 20.
The job fair for 2021 graduates was jointly held by the college, Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Qingdao High Tech Zone Management Committee, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Licang District, Armed Forces Department of Licang District and other departments.
A total of 395 organizations participated in the job fair for 2021 graduates on the afternoon of May 20, providing more than 20,000 high-quality jobs for graduates, including 1,258 jobs provided by state-owned enterprises. The employment demand covers all majors of the college, and the ratio of the number of students to the number of posts reaches 1:5.
Gong Enlong, vice president of the college, came to the scene for guidance and exchange with participating enterprises and graduates. This job fair has built a good communication platform for 2021 graduates, provided high-quality service guarantee for employers, and strengthened the communication between the college and employers.
This semester, the college has done a good job in the employment of the 2021 graduates through the measures of students' career evaluation, enterprises' propaganda, and the construction of employment (Internship) base.
