The visiting professor appointment ceremony was held on March 24, in which Fang Qiaoling, a national leading accountant, doctoral supervisor and professor of Ocean University of China, was appointed as the visiting professor of the college.
President Jiang Yupeng attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. In his speech, President Jiang introduced the general situation of the college and the construction of the Double high-level plan, as well as the important measures taken by the college in the aspects of talent introduction, specialty construction, practical teaching and integration of production and education in order to meet the new demands of new business forms, new modes, new technologies and new occupations for the cultivation of skilled talents. He said that Professor Fang Qiaoling, as a national accounting leader, can grasp the current trend and direction of the development of accounting major and she will provide strong intellectual support for the professional construction, teacher training, scientific research and talent training of Accounting Dept.. Accounting Dept. should take this opportunity to optimize the professional layout, speed up the professional digital upgrading, improve teachers' teaching and research ability, and enhance the comprehensive strength of the major.
Professor Fang Qiaoling said that she would do her best to give full play to her professional strengths and industry influence, and vigorously support the college's teaching and research work, teacher development and the future growth of students.
At the ceremony, Jiang Yupeng signed an appointment agreement with Professor Fang Qiaoling, and presented a letter of appointment to her.
After the appointment ceremony, Professor Fang Qiaoling had an in-depth discussion with the professional teachers of the Accounting Dept., shared her career development process and experience, and encouraged the teachers to focus, cultivate deeply and take root in the field of accounting, and strive to improve their professional ability and academic level.
