The College held a meeting on cadre training and work deployment in the spring semester in the academic lecture hall on February 24 to unify ideas, condense consensus, clarify tasks, and promote the college's high-quality development with the spirit of reform and innovation.
Li Da, Secretary of the Party Committee, pointed out that 2021 is a year of special importance. We are about to usher in the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. We will start the 14th Five-year Plan and start a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. Doing a good job in this year's work is of great significance and far-reaching influence. Li Da analyzed the internal and external environment of the college, stressed that we should observe, understand and follow the general trend, pay attention to the two key words of pattern and seeking change. Mr. Li also stressed that we should pay attention to the construction of governance system, the reform of assessment system to seek change and innovation and promote high-quality development.
President Jiang Yupeng made a work deployment report entitled improving quality, cultivating excellence, adding value and accelerating the realization of high quality development of the college. Mr. Jiang stressed that 2021 will be determined as the year of reform and development of the college. Based on the new development stage, we should implement the new development concept, build a new development pattern. To speed up the high-quality development of the college, we should take promoting high-quality development as the theme, take the construction of Double high-level program as the main line, and take the construction of governance system as the focus. At the same time, we should highlight strategic thinking, overall thinking, systematic thinking and dialectical thinking.
Mr. Jiang deployed 28 specific tasks from five aspects:
Firmly establishing the concept of system and enhancing the leading power of objectives;
Implementing the plan of improving quality and training excellence and enhancing the endogenous power of development;
Earnestly strengthening the reform consciousness and enhancing the driving force of innovation;
Consolidating the foundation of reform and development and enhancing the support of conditions;
Comprehensively strengthening the Party's construction and enhancing the leading and supporting power.
We invited Mr. Tan Jinrong of Rhine Institute of TÜV Rheinland to conduct certification training on ISO21001 education organization management system.
All the teachers should vigorously carry forward the spirit of diligence, and realize the new and greater development of the college through hard work.
