The College held a ceremony for the appointment of visiting professors to renew Li Peiyu, a national technical expert, as a visiting professor on December 7.
At the appointment ceremony, Jiang Yupeng, President of the college, said that Master Li Peiyu is the chief technician of Shandong Province, senior cooking technician and the first-class judge of the national catering industry. Since he was appointed as a visiting professor in our college in 2014, he has made outstanding contributions in the construction of cuisine specialty, practical teaching, curriculum reform, competition guidance, cultural heritage and so on. He hopes that Master Li Peiyu can give full play to the Double models of morality and art It plays a leading role in the cultivation of teachers and the sharing of industry resources in the Dept. of Culinary Arts, and helps the construction of Double high-level progam with high quality development.
Li Peiyu congratulated the college on its rapid development and outstanding achievements. He reviewed the history of his association with the college and felt that the appointment was not only an honor but also a responsibility. He said that he would do his best and take the initiative to contribute to the construction and connotative development of the Double high-level progam.
Jiang Yupeng, President of the college, signed an appointment agreement with Li Peiyu and awarded him a letter of appointment.
