We welcomed the first batch of returned students on May 26 and organized the first class activity of the spring semester 2020 on May 27. Li Da, Secretary of the Party Committee, gave lectures to the students under the title of March Forward Bravely.
Li Da guided the youth to bear in mind the General Secretary's message and take on the mission of strengthening the country in the new era from three aspects: Growing up in the tribulation, rising up in the tribulation, Resolutely winning the Resistance War of epidemic prevention and control, Always putting the life safety and health of teachers and students first.
Li Da shared with the students the specific measures for epidemic prevention and control, the situation of online teaching, the actual effect of epidemic prevention and control drill, the successful acceptance of school opening conditions and the work to welcome the students back to school. He hoped that the students would make progress in learning and win in epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, he asked the students to cooperate with the school management, do detailed epidemic prevention and control and other specific requirements.
The Dept. of Hotel Management and the Dept. of Culture and Tourism carried out special anti epidemic training for students, including wearing masks, seven-step handwashing techniques, anti epidemic in dormitory life, emergency response to emergencies, etc., and anti epidemic emergency response drills for students' physical discomfort in classroom teaching. The two departments have improved their working mechanism, strengthened the management and service of returned students. Staff members are on duty for 7x24 hours and the one person one policy is implemented in all aspects of teaching management, psychological counseling and life service to ensure the timely and effective handling of emergencies.
