The first smart classroom of our college officially was launched recently, which was constructed by the Education Information Center and opened a new smart teaching space for teachers.
The smart classroom is located in Room 422 of Comprehensive Training Center, covering an area of more than 100 square meters and holding 48 students to attend classes. It’s built to meet the needs of the college's information development, new teaching methods and teaching forms. It is a highly comprehensive learning and teaching environment integrating teaching interaction and management, including space design, software and hardware integration equipment, sensorless data acquisition system, environmental control and other equipment.
To ensure the most comfortable teaching and learning environment, the whole classroom has realized intelligent control from smart class board, electric curtain, sound-absorbing board, LED light, environmental monitoring, Internet of Things, etc. Based on two 86-inch display screens at the teacher's end and six 55-inch display screens at the student's end, the intelligent demonstration system realizes large screen demonstration and interaction, small screen discussion and group recording. Smart classroom system integrates WeChat verification, course class design, smart teaching, classroom interaction, big data classroom analysis, student attendance and other functions. The system provides real-time communication and interaction of students, and improves the effect of teaching and learning. The intelligent recording and broadcasting system can realize all-round switch, recording and broadcasting, as well as remote conference, remote course live broadcast and other functions.
The construction of the smart classroom provides strong support for teachers and students to build a future-oriented teaching and learning, which opens the construction process of the new smart teaching space of the college.
