Recently, Wang Mei-rong, Vice President of Taiwan National Kaohsiung University Of Hospitality And Tourism(NKUHT), and Liu Weiqun, Chairman of the Committee on Common Education, came to visit our college. Li Da, Party Secretary of QVTCHM, Yu Min, Vice Party Secretary, Gong Enlong, Vice President, and Zhou Li, Director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office, warmly received visitors.
During the talks, Li Da warmly welcomed Wang Mei-rong's visit again. He hoped that the two sides would further share high-quality teaching resources on the basis of previous sister school cooperation, and cooperate extensively and thoroughly in the fields of specialty and teaching with the help of platforms such as professional teacher exchanges, curriculum docking and student exchanges.
Wang Mei-rong thanked the College for its warm reception and agreed with Secretary Li's views. He invited us to send professional teachers to NKUHT to study the English-based courses taught by the master of international tourism and culinary arts.
The two sides exchanged information on Guo Guirong's visit to NKUHT, and agreed to expand the exchange scale of students from academic exchanges and the introduction of a professional course to all-round professional cooperation on the platform of international tourism and culinary master course. In addition, we have deepened cooperation and exchanges in the fields of professional teacher assignment, curriculum replacement and credit recognition.
Since the signing of the sister school agreement in 2013, the College and NKUHT have had frequent substantive exchanges and conducted in-depth cooperation in leadership visits, teacher training, student exchanges and professional docking.
