The School of Hospitality Management, together with Huazhou Group and Jinan University, carried out a tripartite negotiation on the integration of industry and education at the global headquarters of Huazhou on March 19.
Based on the platform of production-education integration such as the National Community of Production and Education Integration in Modern Lodging Industry, the three parties carried out full consultation on the development of production and education resources, joint enrollment and training between schools and enterprises, mutual recruitment of teachers between schools and enterprises, and construction of training center for production-education integration, service case study center, and technological innovation center .
The three parties agreed to actively play the respective advantages and the role of industry-education integration organizations in the long term future, to strengthen cooperation in talent training, technology research, academic upgrading, etc., and to jointly promote the high-quality development of the modern lodging industry.
During the activity, the three parties also discussed the work of the National Modern Accommodation Industry Industry-Industry-Teaching Integration Community for the year 2024, and formulated a mission statement, listed a timetable and clarified the responsible persons for the construction of the operation mechanism of the Community.
During the field trip, the participants also visited the R&D headquarters building of Huazhou Group and other venues and facilities.
This activity is a useful exploration of deepening the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and at the same time has a positive significance for further promoting the construction of the school's hotel management professional group, national vocational education teacher innovation team and so on.
