The Culinary Skills Examination of 2024 Spring College Entrance Examination in Shandong province was held in our school from 9th to 10th March, and nearly 3600 candidates from all over the province participated in it.
The college attaches great importance to the work of the Culinary Skills Examination, carefully formulates the examination work plan, and strives to strengthen the examination of propositioning, marking, confidentiality and security of the key links in the management of the examination, to ensure that the work efficiently and smoothly.
During the examination, candidates are required to operate in accordance with the requirements of the Examination questions within the specified time, and complete two items, namely, Chinese cooking and Chinese pastry.
The college has hosted the Examination for many years, the number of candidates and the scale of the Examination are the largest ever.
