From March 4 to 7, the 1st National College Students' Career Planning Competition in Shandong province came to an end in Weifang, and the college won 1 gold award, 1 silver award and 3 bronze awards.
The Competition was co-sponsored by Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Shandong Provincial Department of Education, and it was organized by Shandong Provincial Center for Public Employment and Talent Service.
The Competition is widely carried out for all college students in higher vocational colleges in the province, through the preliminary round of the school level, the provincial competition, 160 contestants were shortlisted for the final round in Shandong province, and 5 students from our college took part in the final round.
The final was composed of three parts: theme presentation, judges' questions and offer choices. Wang Jialu, a student majoring in hotel management and digital operation, was awarded the gold medal in the employment track and won the Best Style Award; Hou Mingyue, a student from the School of Business Administration, was awarded the silver medal in the growth track; Zhang Xinyu from the School of Business Administration, Huang Zhenghao from the School of Culinary Arts, and Huang Zhenghao from the School of Hospitality Management won the Bronze Award of each track. Mr. Xu Ang was honored as an excellent instructor, and the number of awards won by the college ranked among the top of vocational colleges.
Next, the college will take the competition as a hand to guide college students to set up the correct concept of success, employment and career choice, scientific and reasonable planning of academic and career development, and enhance the competitiveness of employment.
