Two French hotel management colleges visit the college

A delegation led by the general directors of École Hôtelière du Périgord and Ecole de Savignac, as well as the head of Asian affairs of the two schools, visited our college for exchange on  September 28th.

President Jiang Yupeng warmly welcomed the guests' visit, introducing the school's educational history, professional settings and characteristics, international exchanges and cooperation, and reviewing the history of cooperation with two French colleges. He stated that in the early stage, both sides conducted two-way exchanges around the culinary profession, benefiting both teachers and students, and achieved good results. He hopes to take this visit as an opportunity to continue to strengthen teacher-student exchanges, establish practical and sustainable cooperation, and jointly cultivate professional and technical talents with international perspectives.

RANOUX, General director of École Hôtelière du Périgord, stated that over the past three years, the two schools have signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation agreement, held the Sino-French Online Cooking Classroom Activity and the Western Cuisine Online Continuing Education Course, and look forward to working together to carry out broader cooperation and exchanges.

LANREZAC, General director of Ecole de Savignac, introduced the development process, education and teaching situation, and cooperation intention of SEcole de Savignac. He looked forward to the integration of advantageous resources between the two schools, in-depth exchanges on teacher-student visits, student joint training projects, and other aspects, to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation at a higher level.

Jiang Yupeng, on behalf of the school, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ecole de Savignac, France.

This visit has expanded the scope of cooperation and exchange between the college and French colleges. In the next step, the school will actively promote the deepening and strengthening of cooperation with the two colleges in areas such as traditional Chinese tea art exhibitions, teacher professional skills demonstrations, and credit mutual recognition, to assist in the international construction of the school's development.
