The college hosted the training program of the Teacher Team Construction Project of Shandong 2023 Double High-level ProgramLeading the Double-qualification Teacher in July and August, and 452 teachers from middle and high vocational schools across the province participated in the training and successfully completed it.
The training program was divided into 11 training courses, organized by the Personnel Department, Academic Affairs Department, International Exchange and Cooperation Department and 8 secondary colleges, and the training was carried out in the mode of mixed teaching of online and offline school-enterprise teacher lectures.
The training focuses on the enhancement of teachers' education and teaching ability, teachers' professional practice ability and the enhancement of social service ability of scientific research. We arrange offline centralized lectures, trainees' exchange seminars and on-site observation and practice, which highlights the experience and practice, but also enhances the relevance and interactivity of trainees' learning and exchange.
It is reported that the school has been carried out this program for three consecutive years. By hosting this training program, we have demonstrated the results of the construction of the Double High-level Program and the development of the Double-qualification Teacher team. An exchange platform has been set up for teachers of middle and high vocational colleges across the province, which is helpful for promoting the enhancement of their educational and teaching ability, professional practice ability, teaching and research, and social service ability.
