Experts of upervision and audit of ISO21001 Certification for Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) conducted the first supervision and audit of the college's EOMS from March 16th to 17th.
At the meetings, Li Da said that since the implementation of the ISO21001 EOMS, the college has embodied the rules, methods, and concepts of the system in all aspects and links of the college's internal management, established an effective and well-functioning management system, promoted the effective improvement of the college's quality and management service level, and effectively guaranteed the construction of the college's Double High-level program and high-quality development.
During this supervision and audit, the experts were divided into two groups, randomly selected from six functional departments and two schools, and conducted an audit of the operation of the school's management system and related processes through interviews, informal discussions, and relevant materials.
The experts fully affirmed the achievements made by the college in improving top-level design, promoting development and construction, improving teaching and education quality over the past year. And they believed that the ISO21001 EOMS of our college will be operated effectively and continuously improved, so as to meet the operational requirements of the management system, and maintain certification.
It is understood that the college has started the construction of the ISO21001 EOMS since 2021, and was certified in February 2022, and became the first vocational college in China to obtain certification.
In order to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of this annual supervision and audit, the college has recently organized and completed internal audits, management reviews, and other work. We comprehensively summarized the achievements of the standard construction work over the past year, identifiedg existing problems, and proposed improvement measures, so that we can effectively promote the construction of the college's internal governance capacity.
