National vocational teachers' training program opened in our school

The 2022 Henan National Training Program of Improving the Implementation Ability of the Course for Leaders of Hotel Management and Digital Operation officially opened in the conference room of the Administrative Building on March 7, and 30 teachers of vocational collegesin Henan province will receive a four-week training.

Li Da, the secretary of the Party Committee of the college, gave the first lecture of the training class entitled Vocational education in the new era and the development of teachers' professional ability. 

Taking the reform and development of vocational education as the topic, he explained that vocational education has a broad future and great prospects. 

Taking our school's practice of improving teachers' teaching and professional practice ability as an example, he put forward the methods and paths for the growth and development of double-qualification teachers in vocational colleges.

The issue of specialty and digital integration, which is concerned by the industry and academia, triggered teachers' thinking on specialty digital upgrading and transformation.

At the opening ceremony, vice president Jiang Lingling delivered a speech and introduced the college's school-running characteristics, vocational teacher training experience, and the construction achievements of hotel management and digital operation specialty, and said that she would share the school's experience and practices in teacher team construction, curriculum comprehensive reform, teaching ability competition, professional skills competition .

The project is jointly organized and implemented by the School of Continuing Education and the School of Hotel Management, focusing on the training goal of improving the ability of curriculum implementation, designing training modulars such as industry frontier, education reform of teachers, teaching material and teaching methods,competition and certification, skill competition, and establishing a first-class expert team to promote the in-depth implementation of the classroom revolution.
