Li Da pointed out that building a scientific research and innovation platform and building a technical skill innovation service team is an important way to improve the scientific research and innovation ability of the college, which is of great significance to promote the construction of the Double High-level Program and boost our high-quality development.
Li Da asked to promote the construction of platform and service team. First, we should deepen the collaborative innovation of schools and enterprises and the integrated development of industry and education. Second, we should build a high-level team with the help of scientific research and innovation platform. Third, we should build a platform and innovation team above the provincial level.

The construction of scientific research innovation platform and technical skill innovation service team is an important part of the construction of the Double High-level Program of the college. We have successively issued a series of management measures, set up special research topics for scientific research and innovation platforms, and determined the construction projects of 10 college-level scientific research and innovation platforms (technical skill innovation service teams) according to the idea of platform&team integration construction.
