The College held the appointment ceremony of distinguished professors in the conference room of the administrative building on the afternoon of December 23, and appointed Mr.song Lilin as the distinguished professor of our college. Mr. song is the first batch of young Taishan scholars of Shandong Province, professor of Qufu Normal University, master's supervisor and vice president of Confucius Culture Research Institute.
At the ceremony, Secretary Li Da presented the letter of appointment to Professor Song Lilin and delivered a speech. He said that as a distinguished professor of the college, Professor Song Lilin will provide strong support for the college's moral education work, Sinology curriculum construction, teacher training, scientific research and academic, social services. He hopes that the Basic Teaching Department can take this opportunity to further strengthen the curriculum and teacher team construction, which helps the construction and high-quality development of the Double High-level Plan of the college.
After the appointment ceremony, Professor song Lilin gave a special lecture on the Analects of Confucius and the Cultivation of Chinese People for teachers and students. He stressed that a modern China should not only widely absorb all the civilization achievements of the world, but also inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, which is good to cultivate polite modern citizens and positive and healthy ethics, shape civilized and friendly public order and good customs, show the charm and vitality of Chinese culture, and enhance the country's cultural soft power.
