The Online Signing Ceremony of Overseas College of Chinese Culinary Arts

The college held the online signing and unveiling ceremony of overseas College of Chinese Culinary Arts on December 20. 

President Jiang Yupeng thanked the teachers who taught Online cooking class in the early stage. He said that during the epidemic, the two sides took food as the media, promoted cooperation and exchanges through information and digital modes, and built a pragmatic and effective cooperation and exchange mechanism. 

This is the third overseas College of Chinese Culinary Arts established by the college and the first one established in Malaysia. It is hoped that the tripartite cooperation can be demand-oriented, quality-oriented and feature-based, continuously enhance the sense of cultural identity, and jointly create Chinese + cooking mode, a beautiful business card for food culture exchange and vocational education exchange between China and Malaysia, so as to achieve win-win cooperation and mutual benefit.

Huang Quandao, chairman of the Asian International Tourism Institute of Malaysia, introduced the basic situation of their Institute and spoke highly of the online cooking class. He said that the two sides are committed to jointly cultivating international culinary technical talents. This cooperation will help promote exchange of Chinese culture and cuisine in Malaysia. 

Xiao Jinping, general consultant of Malaysia International Cultural Exchange Center, hopes that in the future, the two sides will further carry out cooperation in talent training, cultural communication and skill exchange to achieve common development.

Subsequently, the three parties jointly signed a framework cooperation agreement online to jointly unveil the overseas College of Chinese Culinary Arts .

The Culture + Chinese + Cooking mode constructed by the college, taking culture and diet as the medium and the establishment of College of Chinese Culinary Arts as the carrier, is of positive significance for promoting Chinese food culture and cultivating more international students who are willing to know about and love China.
