Zhu Hai, a student of the School of Hotel Engineering, was presented with a gratitude flag for his courageous deeds by the 2nd Shinan Branch of Qingdao Bus Group. The flag is entitled Youth Model for Courageous Deeds to thank him for his courageous action to save the bus driver on the afternoon of September 24.
It is reported that on the evening of June 7, Zhu Hai asked for leave to go out to see a doctor. On the way back to school by bus, a man on the bus deliberately provoked and had a verbal conflict with the bus driver, which then increased to physical conflict. Seeing that the driver driving the bus was beaten, Zhu Hai considered that the bus was very prone to traffic accidents at this time, and life safety was above all else. In order to protect the safety of all the passengers on the bus, regardless of personal safety, Zhu Hai stepped forward at the critical moment, stopped the man beating the bus driver in time, and avoided a serious traffic accident.
Jiang Lingling, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the college, attended the flag presentation ceremony and thanked the bus company for its visit.
