The opening ceremony of the 1st School-enterprise Cooperation Class of Postal Express Operation Management jointly educated by SF Express Group and QVTCHM was held in our college on the morning of September 24.
President Jiang Yupeng delivered a welcome speech and congratulated the opening of 1st School-enterprise Cooperation Class of Postal Express Operation Management. He said that the establishment of the class will help both of sides realize complementary advantages and resource sharing, promote the integration of industry and education, close school enterprise cooperation, and improve the quality of talent training and the development ability of service industry.
Wang Hua, Secretary of the Party Group and director general of Qingdao municipal Postal Administration, analyzed the current situation of demand for highly skilled and compound postal express technical talents under the trend of overall industrial development and regional economic development. He said that both schools and enterprises should accurately grasp the opportunities, establish a long-term mechanism for School-enterprise Cooperation and realize leapfrog development under the new development pattern.
Ding song, general manager of Ludong Region of SF Express Group Co., Ltd., introduced the enterprise development process and prospect of SF Group. He said that SF attaches particular importance to talent reserve and training in the development process, and will make every effort to cooperate with the college to implant the practical priorities of the enterprise into professional design and talent training, so as to cultivate more professional skilled talents suitable for enterprise operation.
The college will take this professional co-construction as an opportunity to continuously deepen cooperation and exchange with SF Express Group, innovate educational ideas, promote the integrated development of education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain, build a new highland of vocational education, and open a new chapter of collaborative education between schools and enterprises.
