The College held the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) professional certification kick-off meeting in the conference room of the administrative building on the afternoon of September 13. Song Chao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, the deans of relevant schools and professional principals attended the meeting.
Song Chao pointed out that the professional certification of UNWTO is an important measure to benchmark international standards and deepen the construction of professional courses, which helps to further improve the professional popularity and help the construction of the Double High-level Plan of the college.
Song Chao requested that the participating certification majors should attach great importance to it, strengthen the sense of responsibility, and organize, implement and apply professional certification opportunities; We should do a good job in overall planning and coordination, establish the concept of the overall situation, coordinate individuals and working hours, and complete professional certification tasks with quality and quantity; We should improve the certification implementation measures, clarify the division of responsibilities, assign responsibilities to people, and formulate practical certification plans and implementation measures in combination with professional characteristics.
Zhou Li, Director of International Exchange and Cooperation Office, gave a detailed introduction to the professional certification project plan of the World Tourism Organization; The principals of each certification discipline respectively introduced the basic situation and certification needs of the discipline, and jointly discussed the mechanism and system construction of project certification.
