The college wins the first prize of the Restaurant Service Event of 2021 National Vocational Students Skills Competition

The Restaurant Service Event of 2021 National Vocational Students Skills Competition was held in the college from June 20 to 23. Wang Xiaoshuang and Zhang Chuyue respectively participated in the Chinese and Western food module competition and won the first prize of the group, while Guo Qianzi and Du Yanchao won the Excellent Instructor.

The college attaches great importance to the Competition and innovates the selection methods of coaches and players. For the first time, it adopts the bidding method to publicly select the competition instructors and experts are invited to compare the bidding schemes for several rounds. At the same time, the contestants are publicly recruited, and the two contestants are finally determined through the selection of basic skills, psychological quality and adaptability.

 During the preparation period, the coach team made a careful plan for the actual situation of the competition, formulated a detailed training plan, and comprehensively guided the players to train hard. During the closed training period, the students participated in the competition simulation and stress test for many times. Finally, with excellent service skills and comprehensive quality, they were highly praised by experts, judges and other participating institutions in the Competition.
