The college signed a joint construction agreement of training base with Junhao Real Estate Management (Group) Co., Ltd. in the conference room on April 22. Mr. Bai Jiejing, general manager of Human Resources of Junhao Real Estate Group, and Mr. Li Da, Secretary of the college Party Committee, attended the signing ceremony.
Mr. Li Da, on behalf of the college, welcomed Mr. Bai Jiejing and his party, introduced the college's development situation and school running characteristics in detail, fully affirmed the in-depth cooperation between the two sides, and expressed his gratitude for the software and data resources provided by Junhao Real Estate Group. He hoped that the two sides could continue to strengthen school enterprise cooperation, deepen the integration of industry and education, and carry out beneficial exploration in the innovation of talent traning mode.
Mr. Bai Jiejing said that he would take the opportunity of building the training base jointly, introduce international facilities management standards and industry cutting-edge technology and management thinking, help us build an integrated system of teaching, training and practice. The two sides reached a consensus on the next step to jointly establish an industry institute and a big data center of real estate management in Shandong.
