The college signed a strategic agreement on school enterprise cooperation with Marriott International on November 5. Yuan Meng, engineering director of Marriott International, and Wang Xin, deputy secretary of the college Party committee, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both sides.
At the signing ceremony, Wang Xin said that the college is currently comprehensively promoting the construction of the Double high-level program, and the school enterprise cooperation is an important way to promote the construction of the specialty group; the two sides should work together to position the cooperation to a higher level of social service value, and seek a high level of cooperation points to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation between the college and the enterprise.
Yuan Meng introduced their typical practice of school enterprise cooperation in the field of hotel engineering, the successful cases of Five-year training plan and the growth path of engineering director for our students. He pointed out that Marriott International currently covers more than 130 countries and regions around the world, with 30 brands and more than 7200 hotels. He hopes that the cooperation between the two sides in the field of hotel engineering will bear fruitful results.
After the signing ceremony, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the following aspects: personnel training on orders, co-construction of curriculum resources, two-way output of school and enterprise teachers, social services, etc., and conducted detailed exchanges on the implementation of school enterprise cooperation projects in the next step.
