The orientation training for new teachers was held in the conference room of the administration building on September 15, and members of the college's leading group attended the opening ceremony.
Li Da, Secretary of the college Party committee, extended a warm welcome to the new teachers on behalf of the college. He put forward three requirements for the new teachers:
First, we should keep in mind the lofty mission of cultivating people, strengthen the cultivation of teachers' ethics, strive to be qualified teachers, and cultivate new people of the times who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation.
Second, we should regard teaching and educating people as the pursuit of a lifelong career, bearing the important task of spreading knowledge, spreading ideas and truth, shaping soul, life and new people.
Thirdly, We should seek the development of the college together, integrate into the construction of the Double high-level program, realize the high-quality development, and grow together with the college and students.
Finally, Li Da hopes that the majority of teachers should complete the role transformation as soon as possible, integrate into their jobs, continue to learn and pursue excellence, strive to be good teachers, and strive to become masters in the post and relevant industry.
During the orientation training, all the new teachers made a solemn oath to be good teachers and learn about campus culture, teachers' ethics construction, rules and regulations, education and teaching and student work etc..
