The signing ceremony with the school of modern property services and real estate management of the Open University of China (OUC) was held in Shenzhen on July 25. Xue Lu, Secretary of the general Party branch of the Dept. of Hotel Engineering, attended the signing and awarding ceremony. Our college became one of the first batch of cooperative colleges of the undergraduate degree learning center of OUC in 2020.
At the beginning of 2020, OUC began to organize the selection of the first batch of learning centers for property management major in the whole country. After careful preparation in the early stage and strict examination and approval by OUC, the first batch of learning centers of modern property service and real estate management College (Qingdao) were approved and we have become the only learning center in Qingdao. According to the work arrangement, the enrollment work of the learning center will be launched in the autumn of 2020.

The Open University of China (formerly the Central Radio and Television University) is a new university directly under the Ministry of Education, supported by modern information technology and mainly open to adults. The School of Modern Poperty Services and Real Estate Management is an industry school cooperated by OUC and China Property Management Institute. The establishment of the learning center will give full play to the advantages of all parties to cultivate a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of industrial enterprises, and promote industrial restructuring and economic transformation and upgrading. It will also explore a new mode of vocational education personnel training, broaden the academic promotion channels of college students, and enhance the ability of serving industry.
