The signing ceremony of the national modern apprenticeship system between the college and Hyatt Regency Qingdao and the opening ceremony of Hyatt class 2019 of hotel management was held in Hyatt Regency Qingdao on the afternoon of July 16.
At the ceremony, Li Da, Secretary of the college Party committee, and Xiao Yanuo, General Manager of Lushang Hyatt Hotel Qingdao, jointly signed the cooperation agreement and jointly inaugurated the Hyatt Hyatt class with the national modern apprenticeship system for the hotel management of Class 2019.
Li Da delivered a speech and he said that in the eight years of cooperation between the college and Hyatt Regency Qingdao, both sides have made positive attempts and explorations in the aspects of curriculum construction, work and study alternation, post practice, etc., and achieved good results. It has become a model of school-enterprise integration, mutual integration and collaborative development within Lushang Group. Li Da pointed out that this cooperation is a concrete measure to implement the development concept of school-enterprise community of common destiny. Based on the principles of complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit and common development, both sides should take the recruitment demand of hotels as the standard, formulate the evaluation criteria for modern apprenticeship enrollment. On the basis of win-win cooperation and shared responsibilities, we should implement the teaching of school-enterprise dual masters and double tutors to improve the talents' training. It is hoped that both sides will take this opportunity to further deepen the integration of production and education and promote the development of tourism vocational education.
Chen Xudong, Managing Director of Qingdao Seaview Hotel Development Co., Ltd., owner representative of Qingdao Lushang Hyatt Hotel, and Xiao Yanuo, General Manager of Qingdao Lushang Hyatt Hotel, respectively addressed the ceremony. They said that the national modern apprenticeship project is the first modern apprenticeship project in tourism approved by the Ministry of Education. They thank for our talent and intellectual support for the hotel development. They hope that both sides can further deepen cooperation and cultivate more excellent talents to meet the development needs of the hotel industry. They hope that students who join Hyatt class should cherish their hard won learning opportunities , master excellent skills and have a bright life.
