"Cloud conference" on educational exchange with Hyejeon University

We held a cloud conference with Hyejeon University of South Korea on the afternoon of July 7. Li Da, Secretary of the college's Party committee, and Li Shizhen, Director of Hyejeon University, introduced the current education and teaching situation, and conducted in-depth discussions on the exchanges and cooperation between the two colleges under the background of the world epidemic situation.

Wang Xin, deputy secretary of the college Party committee, Zhou Li, director of the International Office, Wang Zhixing, vice president of the Dept. of Culinary Arts and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.

The students who were originally scheduled to come to China in March 2020 have been postponed by the Coronavirus epidemic. The two sides agreed to provide blended online teaching support to students of Chinese cuisine specialty in Hyejeon University. The online course will be conducted in the combination of traditional Chinese cooking skills and culinary Chinese, and we set up course and evaluation standards to improve the teaching quality of Chinese cuisine major of Hyejeon University. The two sides also discussed the future cooperation of cuisine major. Under the guidance of the "Double high-level plan, the college will introduce Korean food courses of Hyejeon University to enrich the cooking teaching of the college, provide diversified learning support for students, and realize cooperative exchange and mutual learning for common development.
