The comprehensive training building of the college was awarded the Qingdao Cup award for construction project quality in 2019, according to the announcement of Qingdao Construction Industry Association recently. Qingdao Cup awards are the highest honor award for construction project quality in Qingdao and it's elected once a year.
The comprehensive training building is an important place for us to carry out practical teaching and skills training, and strive to improve students' scientific and humanistic quality, professional skills and entrepreneurship ability. The building was built in 2016 with a total investment of more than RMB63 million and a building area of 25000 square meters. It has 28 internship training rooms and 20 public computer rooms.
There are six training centers in the building, including Aviation Training Center, Logistics Storage Training Center (Cainiao Post Station), Financial Accounting Training Center, Engineering Technology Training center, Information Engineering Training Ccenter, Hotel Decoration Training Center, etc.. We also have several innovation, entrepreneurship and culture bases, such as Maker Space of Ministry of Science and Technology of China (Hismile Maker Island), Bobo Kazi Museum of Qingdao, Smart Classroom, and College Student Entrepreneurship Incubation Base, whcih can meet the training needs of 2800 people at the same time, and undertake more than 7000 teaching and training tasks every day. It is also the main position for us to carry out continuing education, skills training and appraisal, and social services.
We have been attaching great importance to the practical teaching and management, and improving the education mechanism of high-quality technical talents with the combination of morality, technology and engineering. We has built a high standard training center for each major, and has cooperated with a first-class enterprise, continuously optimized the personalized education conditions for the growth of students.
