The College held a kick-off meeting on the preparation of the14th Five-year Plan outline in the conference room of the Administrative Building on April 10.
Li Da, Secretary of the Party committee, stressed that the 14th Five-year Plan is a strategic blueprint and action program to guide the reform and development of our college in the future, which is related to the basic, leading and overall work of the college's development. It is of great significance to plan and formulate the 14th Five-year Plan of the college scientifically.
Li Da pointed out that it is necessary to scientifically grasp the overall requirements of the preparation of the outline of the 14th Five-year Plan, firmly establish new development concepts, implement the basic task of cultivating talents by virtue, continuously deepen the connotation construction, and solidly promote the construction of the Double High-quality Plan.
He also made arrangements for key objectives in the fourteenth five year plan period, such as professional setting, faculty building, international information construction, scientific research and social services, infrastructure construction, and governance system construction.
Li Da requested that a working group be set up for the preparation of the14th Five-year Plan of the college. All departments should rapidly carry out the relevant work of the drafting of the plan, conduct in-depth investigation and research, target advanced units, and find out the disadvantages of development. Relying on the faculty, we will promptly draft the basic ideas of the plan, and help the college develop in high quality.
