The 1st Shandong Xindao Cup Innovation and Entrepreneurship Simulation Network Competition of Business Operations was held online from March 14 to 28, which attracted 87 teams of undergraduate colleges and 99 teams of vocational colleges. Xue Tao of Accounting Dept. served as the instructor and other five students took part in the competition on behalf of our college. They stood out from 186 teams and won the Outstanding Award ranking as No. 10.
The competition requires competitors to complete five positions of an enterprise's operation within the specified time, complete the simulation of production and operation, such as advertising, order acquisition, material purchase, production and processing, capital flow, etc. With the help of professional knowledge, they should analyze the finance, market and competitors, and make plans, decisions and use the enterprise's resources comprehensively. The competition is divided into three rounds of online confrontation, and the final results are calculated by 20%, 30% and 50% respectively.
Through this competition, we have fully demonstrated the good professional quality and competitive demeanor of our teachers and students, improved our students' innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, and enhanced team spirit.
