Teachers win the first prize in the 2018 Shandong Vocational College Skills Competition "E-commerce Skills

The 2018 Shandong Vocational College Skills Competition E-commerce Skills ended in Shandong Vocational College of Commerce recently. This competition was organized by the Ministry of Education of Shandong Province and other five departments. Teachers and students majoring in E-commerce of the College received one first prize and one second prize respectively.

The Student Group Competition was held on November 10 and 236 students from 59 colleges and universities in Shandong province participated  the competition. Guided by Liu Shu and Han Tianfeng who majored in electronic commerce, the team composed of Liu Yang, Jiang Shuting, Yang Qian and Kong Lingxia played well and won the second prize. 41 teachers from 41 vocational colleges participated the teacher team competition. After fierce competition, Wei Guangyong won the first prize in the competition.

This E-commerce Skills Competition takes the key tasks of decoration, customer service, operation and promotion as the content, and four students cooperate to complete the task. This contest comprehensively examines the contestants' data analysis ability, visual design ability, marketing planning ability, customer service ability, online shop operation ability, merchandise integration ability and team work ability. Teachers' group competition is the first individual competition which is set up to test and display the modern teaching skills, basic professional skills and operational skills of e-commerce teachers in vocational colleges.

Through the competition, the excellent skill and good spiritual outlook of teachers and students are fully displayed, and the achievements of e-commerce professional education and teaching are consolidated. The competition plays a key role in promoting learning by competition, promoting teaching by competition and improving the quality of professional training.
